Allows activities provided that the Relevant Person believes that carrying out the Relevant Activities is necessary to provide humanitarian assistance, other activities that support basic human needs and facilitate the timely provision of that assistance or those activities in Myanmar and there is no reasonable cause for the Relevant Person to suspect otherwise.
